Return & Reuse

We want to do something for the environment - together with you! We are starting a new service as a pilot project with which you can return packaging material and thus reduce waste.

This service is not free for you, but also not cost-covering for us. Nevertheless, it is important to us to make our contribution to the environment and to take responsibility together with you and to save resources.

This is how it works - simple and uncomplicated: You can find the return label in the store under the category "Non-Food". Simply add it to your shopping cart when you place your next order and we will send it to you together with the products.

Afterwards you stick the label on your empty packaging and send it back to us. We will check the packaging material and reuse it whenever possible. This is how easy it is for you to contribute to the environment!

What do we take back: Cardboard boxes, Coolpacks and perfect insulating boxes and filling material.
