Process of delivery
Packaging
• All goods except fresh and frozen food are packaged in a cardboard box.
• Fresh and frozen food is packaged in a insulated bag.
• Fragile goods are also bubble-wrapped twice.
Shipping
• Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday before 3pm are dispatched on the same day,
and ones after 3pm are dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day, except Friday).
• No cancellations are allowed once goods are dispatched.
• If delivery is delayed because of shortage of goods etc, customers will be informed via email.
Delivery
• Delivery is carried out by Planzer KEP AG and/or Galliker Transport AG.

With frozen food
